Project Preparation Facility and Grant Proposal Development

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks a firm to develop an investment proposal and establish a project preparation facility (PPF). The project aims to refine and trial the PPF mechanism, leading to a grant submission for a comprehensive program on climate resilience and mitigation. The consultancy will involve in-country discussions, review of existing project preparation processes and national goals, and establishing the strategic role of the PPF in enabling sustainable finance. The scope includes formulating the processes and conducting the first trial of the project preparation facility.
