Description

This solicitation is for the D&AI Shelf, Copper, which must be manufactured according to the design represented by Cage Code 1PNR4, reference number 14021-0017-02. The item shall be physically identified in accordance with MIL-STD-130, Revision N, dated November 16, 2012. Changes in design, material, servicing, or part number require approval from the Contracting Officer and may necessitate a price reduction. Inspection of supplies will be performed in accordance with applicable clauses. Preservation, packaging, packing, and marking shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-2073 packaging. Award evaluations will be made using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Other than certified cost or pricing data, such as an informal cost breakdown, is required to determine fair and reasonable pricing. Offerors must state the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) CAGE code and part number if they are not the manufacturer. Electronic submission of invoices and receiving reports through PIEE-WAWF is required for any orders.
