Hospital Renovations: Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing Services

UC Davis Health is seeking qualified proposers for Bid Package SR-02, which includes design-build services for Mechanical/Plumbing and Electrical/Low Voltage scopes for the SESP Renovation Phases F, G, H, & I Project. This project involves interior renovations of the SESP building (approximately 28,000 SF) and must be completed before the occupancy of the upcoming Replacement Hospital Tower (RHT) project. The estimated construction budgets are $7,875,000 for HVAC & Plumbing and $10,460,000 for Electrical & Low Voltage. All work must comply with the UCDH RHT Project Labor Agreement (PLA) and is subject to the jurisdiction of HCAi. Proposers must hold the appropriate California contractor's license(s) (C20 & C36 for Mechanical/Plumbing, C10 for Electrical & Low Voltage) at the time of proposal opening. Prevailing wages and the UC Fair Wage will apply.
