Description
The Quinault Indian Nation is seeking a contractor to provide catering services for their Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) community dinner. The event will host 100 guests on April 6th, 2026, at the Taholah Community Center, with dinner service beginning at 5:00 PM. The scope of work includes planning the menu, preparing and serving the meal and dessert, purchasing necessary supplies (paper plates, utensils, napkins) with a budget of $700, setting up the dining area, and assisting with kitchen cleanup post-event. All individuals involved in food preparation and cooking must possess a food handler's permit. The contractor must also have experience cooking for large gatherings at least twice previously and hold a business license with the Quinault Indian Nation (QIN). Bids are due April 1st, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
