Circuit Card Assemblies

This solicitation is for the procurement of circuit card assemblies. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is issuing this solicitation under EAF Authority. For items requiring government inspection and acceptance at the source, DLAD clause 52.246-9004, Product Verification Testing, is incorporated by reference. Offers received from sources that are not government-approved sources of supply will be deemed technically unacceptable. Any distributors of approved sources must submit a copy of their authorized distributor letter, on the source's letterhead, to the buyer point of contact via email at the time of proposal submittal. For stock that is not new and unused from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), this item can only be procured from suppliers who provide FAA-Certified parts with an FAA Authorized Release Certificate, FAA Form 8130-3 Airworthy Approval Tag. This is considered a Critical Application Item.
