Submission Instructions
Description

Seattle School District is requesting proposals from Community Based Organizations (CBOs) to provide focused expanded learning enrichment services during the 2026 Summer Learning Program. These services should focus on Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, or Math, and may include career discovery and exploration. The district is looking for organizations that can demonstrate their contribution to supporting students furthest from educational justice and can provide a safe, welcoming, and joyful learning environment. The selected CBO partners will be responsible for designing and implementing afternoon enrichment activities that complement the morning academic intervention provided by SPS. These enrichment opportunities aim to prevent academic learning loss, provide engaging and holistic learning experiences, cultivate student joy, and strengthen student connections with peers and educators. Services will be offered at multiple elementary school sites from June 29 to July 31, 2026, for students in grades K-5. Specific requirements for staff experience, program management, and business licenses are detailed in the RFP. Proposals must be submitted electronically by April 6, 2026.
