Student Housing Design-Build Services

New College of Florida is seeking qualified vendors registered in the State of Florida to provide design-build professional services for a small dormitory building. Responders must demonstrate State licenses for all required trades and submit applications in writing. The application should include details of the firm's abilities and previous experience with State-funded projects, educational institutions, and similar facilities. Resumes of key personnel, in accordance with Standard Federal Form 330, are also required. The Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) document can be downloaded from the College's Procurement web page. Written questions are due by June 12, 2026, with responses posted by June 26, 2026. Seven (7) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy on a physical storage device of the Statement of Qualification must be delivered to the Office of Procurement by April 30, 2026, at 3 p.m. No electronic submittals will be accepted.
