TSI PortaCount Service Contract

Upstate Medical University intends to procure a 5-year service contract for TSI PortaCount equipment. This procurement is being made under New York State Education Law, allowing for purchases without a formal competitive process under certain circumstances, including purchases from NYS small businesses or businesses certified under Article 15-A of the NYS Executive Law. Vendors interested in providing a proposal must contact the designated campus contact within fifteen (15) business days of the advertisement notice. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law sections 139-j & -k, and vendors are cautioned that only the listed contact person is permissible for communication regarding this procurement. The successful contractor will be required to submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS SFL sections 139-j & -k, and NYS Tax Law Section 5-a, as well as valid and current NYS Workers' Compensation and Disability forms. NYS Small Businesses and businesses certified pursuant to Article 15-A of the NYS Executive Law are encouraged to submit bids. The estimated value of this contract is up to $125,000.00. The procurement is for a 5-year service contract, and the previous award for a substantially similar contract was to TSI Incorporated.
