Disposition of City-Owned Real Property for Affordable Housing

The City of Orlando and its Community Redevelopment Agency are disposing of three newly constructed single-family homes located within the Downtown Orlando Community Redevelopment Area. These homes are intended to provide affordable housing opportunities. Each home will be sold for $380,000 to an owner-occupant, first-time home buyer, or first responder (law enforcement officer, firefighter, EMT, or paramedic) earning up to 140% of the Area Median Income, as determined by the Florida Housing Finance Corporation. A minimum first mortgage financing of $225,000 from a City-certified lender is required. The properties are located at: - 805 McFall Ave, Orlando, FL 32805 (Parcel ID # 35-22-29-5344-01-030) - 839 Short Ave, Orlando, FL 32805 (Parcel ID # 35-22-29-5344-02-230) - 622 Conley St, Orlando, FL 32805 (Parcel ID # 35-22-29-8304-02-010) Interested parties are invited to submit a proposal for the purchase of one home. Proposals meeting all requirements will be entered into a random lottery for final selection. The proposal package must be submitted by May 31, 2026, by 4:00 PM to First Capital Property Group, Inc.
