Emergency Foster Care Services

Washoe County Human Services Agency is seeking licensed foster care providers to offer emergency, family-style foster care services within the community. Services will be provided in an in-home setting for children aged 0-18, sibling groups, and pregnant or parenting teen mothers with infants. Funding is available for operating and staffing expenses, but not for capital improvements. Preference will be given to providers who can accept three or more children. Contracts are anticipated to be for one year, with options to renew for four additional one-year periods.
