Direct Hire Staffing and Recruitment Services for North Carolina Community Colleges

The North Carolina Community College System (NCCCS) is soliciting proposals from qualified staffing and recruiting firms to provide direct hire staffing services on an as-needed basis. These services will support the hiring needs of all 58 North Carolina community colleges across various functional areas including Academic & Instructional Support, Business, Finance & Administration, Facilities, Security & Operations, Information Technology & Digital Learning, Instructors/Faculty, Senior Leadership & Executive Roles, Student Services & Enrollment, and Workforce & Continuing Education. The contract is expected to have an initial term of three years, with a potential contract value not to exceed $3,000,000.00.
