Special Education Services

White Settlement Independent School District (WSISD) is soliciting proposals for Special Education Contracted Services for the 2026-2027 school year. The district intends to award this bid to multiple vendors to create a pool from which services can be selected as needed. Proposals should outline all services offered and associated costs, clearly listed as hourly, daily, and/or flat rates. Services may include Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP), Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Music Therapy, Special Education Teacher, and Special Education/Behavioral Aide. All providers must be appropriately licensed in Texas and services may include direct and/or indirect support as defined in students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Bilingual services may be required, and providers may be asked to participate in ARD meetings. Providers will also support the district's Medicaid reimbursement efforts by accurately documenting and tracking eligible services in accordance with SHARS requirements.
