Administrative Hearing Officer Services

The City of Fresno is requesting proposals from individuals with experience and knowledge of administrative hearing procedures to serve as Administrative Hearing Officers. These officers will adjudicate disputes related to administrative, regulatory, or other enforcement actions by the City, including but not limited to false alarms, parking violations, and dangerous animal violations. The City anticipates selecting individuals to provide these services, with compensation offered on an hourly or per-case basis. Further details can be found in the full Request for Proposal.
