Structure Demolition Services

The City of Hot Springs is soliciting bids for structure demolition services. This includes the complete demolition and removal of buildings and structures, including foundations, to at least one foot below ground level. The contractor will be responsible for filling any resulting voids, including wells, cisterns, and basements, and ensuring the property is graded for proper water run-off and left in a hazard-free condition.
