Housing Rehabilitation Services in Rogers County

The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is soliciting bids for the comprehensive rehabilitation of a single-family home located in Rogers County. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, carpentry, electrical, flooring, HVAC, paint and finish, plumbing, and sheetmetal services. The project must be completed within 45 working days of the notification to begin work. Bidders must submit a fully completed Mandatory Bid Response sheet and Work Write-Up to be considered responsive and responsible. Preference will be given to bidders who are TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office, with proof of certification required at the time of submittal. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all Tribal rules and regulations and TERO requirements.
