Paratransit Vehicle Operation Services

The Susquehanna Regional Transportation Authority (SRTA), operating as rabbittransit, is seeking proposals for comprehensive paratransit services. This includes providing all necessary labor, supervision, supplies, insurance, and maintenance for operating paratransit vehicles as part of the SRTA Shared Ride Program. The services are to be performed within SRTA's service area, which encompasses Adams, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Harrisburg City, Montour, Northumberland, Perry, Snyder, Union, and York Counties in Pennsylvania. All proposals and subsequent contracts will be subject to applicable Commonwealth and Federal laws, as well as a financial assistance contract between the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT). Proposers are responsible for all costs associated with developing their proposals, and these costs will not be reimbursed by SRTA. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) will be given full opportunity to submit proposals and will not face discrimination. SRTA reserves the right to modify the RFP process as it deems necessary.
