Navy Advanced Traceability and Control (ATAC V) Tailored Transportation Contract

This solicitation is for the Navy Advanced Traceability and Control (ATAC V) Tailored Transportation Contract (TTC). The contract will provide comprehensive transportation services for Freight All Kinds (FAK) repairable parts. Services include tracking, tracing, packing, reporting, and movement of high-value Depot Level Repairables (DLR) from points of failure to repair facilities and back to end-users. The scope covers all forty-eight contiguous states, Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada, serving two parent sites on the West (San Diego, CA) and East (Norfolk, VA) coasts, as well as various Nodes and other Department of War (DoW) and eRMS activities. The contract will involve the consolidated movement of Not Ready For Issue (NRFI), Redistribution Order (RDO), and Ready For Issue (RFI) materials, as well as express service for Repair and Return (R&R) shipments. The parts range in size from small circuit cards to items larger than aircraft. The services also encompass process improvements focused on distribution and supply chain efficiency. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns.
