Furnishing, Delivery, and Installation of Replacement Glass Units, Window Glazing, and Glass Repairs

Middlesex County is soliciting bids for the furnishing, delivery, and installation of replacement glass units, window glazing, and glass repairs. This contract will cover services for various Middlesex County-owned buildings, including parks, correction facilities, public works locations, offices, and mental health care centers. The work includes tasks such as caulking window perimeters, adding metal breaks or L-angles, repairing or replacing window screens, and installing cam lock handles. Standard repair work is to be performed on weekdays between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM, with a four-hour response time for emergency calls. Repairs for standard jobs are expected to be completed within one day of notification. The contract period is for twenty-four (24) consecutive months from the date of award.
