Engineering and Architectural Services for City Projects
The City of Mason
The City of Mason is seeking Letters of Interest (LOI) for professional engineering services for three distinct projects: the Mason Montgomery & Socialville Fosters Intersection Improvement Project, the Kings Mills Road Reconstruction Project, and the Mason Oak Park Roadway Project. Additionally, the City is seeking proposals for architectural services for two new fire stations. The Kings Mills Road Reconstruction Project involves developing final construction plans for improvements from US 42 to the existing bridge over Muddy Creek, including full-depth reconstruction, new curbing, storm sewer upgrades, and enhanced sidewalks. The Mason Oak Park Roadway Project entails designing a new roadway within the Oak Park Development, extending from the City's property on Innovation Way to the Western Row/LensCrafters intersection, featuring a 3 or 5 lane section with curbs, sidewalks, and a shared-use path. The Mason-Montgomery Rd at Socialville-Fosters Rd Intersection Improvement Project includes adding left and right turn lanes, replacing traffic signals, and designing storm sewers, sidewalks, and street lighting. For the fire stations, the City requires design and construction consultant services for two new stations, each approximately 15,000 square feet, to improve response times. Services for all projects will involve preliminary and final engineering, design, and potentially demolition, site preparation, and construction administration. Submittals for engineering services are due by March 13, 2026, and for architectural services, proposals are due by April 24, 2026.
