Lodging Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for 514th Air Mobility Wing

The 514th Air Mobility Wing is looking to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for lodging services to accommodate personnel during reserve training and drill weekends on an as-needed basis. Hotels must be physically located within New Jersey and within a 30-mile driving radius of Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL). All quoted room rates must not exceed the applicable Department of Defense (DoD) lodging per diem rates, unless specifically authorized. Vendors are required to submit a completed price list, technical information demonstrating their ability to meet lodging requirements, business information, and proof of active System for Award Management (SAM) registration. Awards will be made to responsible vendors whose quotations are technically acceptable and whose pricing is deemed fair and reasonable.
