Description

Terrell Independent School District is soliciting bids for catering, snacks, and refreshments, excluding those associated with School Nutrition programs. This will be a multi-year contractual agreement for services provided on an as-needed basis. Vendors are requested to offer a discount on their list or catalog pricing, as specific items will be quoted when needed. No quantities are guaranteed. Vendors already awarded on Terrell ISD RFP 2425-005 or members of ezCater are not required to respond. The contract term is from June 16, 2026, to June 15, 2027, with four automatic one-year renewal periods, concluding on June 15, 2031. Terrell ISD reserves the option to extend the contract for up to 120 days if deemed in the district's best interest to ensure continued availability of products and/or services. The district anticipates awarding this contract to multiple vendors.
