Fire Cadet Hiring Process Development

The City of Austin, through its Fire Department (AFD), is seeking a qualified contractor to assist in the development and implementation of a selection process for Fire Cadets. This process will take place after initial minimum qualification screening and before conditional job offers are extended. The selected contractor will partner with AFD to design and administer a valid selection process.
