Yelm Loop New Alignment Phase 2 Construction

This project involves extensive civil engineering and construction work for the Yelm Loop New Alignment Phase 2. The scope includes grading, asphalt paving, concrete paving, construction of a roundabout, stormwater facilities, structures over Yelm Creek and the Yelm Prairie Line Trail, retaining walls, a noise wall, utility relocations, and the installation of signing, rapid-rectangular flashing beacon signals, illumination, closed-circuit television cameras, and intelligent transportation systems (ITS) conduit and fiber. The project also includes roadside restoration and traffic control. This is a Tier 3 project involving 295 items and 705 working days, starting with clearing, grubbing, grading, and drainage.
