Overhead Crane Preventative Maintenance and Testing Services

The New Jersey Department of Military Affairs (NJDMA) is seeking a prime contractor to provide preventative maintenance services and annual testing for overhead cranes located at various DMA facilities statewide. The estimated cost for this contract is under $60,000 per year. Bidders must demonstrate compliance with applicable regulations, including OSHA (20 CFR Part 1910), ASME (B30), ANSI, CMAA Specification 78, and/or crane inspector certifications by NCCCO. Bidders are required to submit documentation with their bid attesting to the qualifications of their personnel for inspection, maintenance, testing, repair, and certification of cranes and associated equipment. Failure to provide this documentation may result in disqualification. Bidders must also submit proof of registration with the NJSTART program. Proposals must be submitted via email to Bids@DMA.nj.gov by 2:00 PM on May 27, 2026, in PDF format and no larger than 15MB. The Project Number must be included in the email subject line.
