Lube Oil and Hydraulic Oil for NOAA Ship Gordon Gunter

This solicitation is for commercial items and requests a quotation for 1100 gallons of Exxon Mobilgard 312 lube oil and 110 gallons of Mobil DTE 10 Excel 68 hydraulic oil. Delivery is required by June 2nd, 2026, to the NOAA Ship Gordon Gunter, located at FLETC NOAA Ship Gordon Gunter, 2238 Hobson Ave, North Charleston, SC, 29405. If the oil is delivered in drums, empty drums will need to be picked up from the vessel after the oil is pumped into the holding tanks. All offered products must meet the Buy American-Supplies requirements, and verification of the country of manufacture must be provided. This is a total small business set-aside with NAICS code 324191 and a size standard of 900 employees. Quotes will be evaluated based on Technical Acceptability/Capability, Past Performance (requiring at least two references with a completed questionnaire), Specification Sheet/Authorized OEM Letter, and Price (Firm Fixed, FOB Destination). The government intends to award a low-priced, technically acceptable, single firm fixed-price purchase order on an all-or-none basis with Net 30 payment terms. Responses are due by 9:00 AM EST/EDT on May 25, 2026, and should be forwarded electronically to the Contracting Specialist.
