Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Simulators

The US Army Electronic Proving Ground is seeking to procure two Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Simulators. The simulators must meet specific technical requirements including a voltage range of 500V-16,500V +/-5%, conform to IEC 61000-4-2 standards for electrostatic discharge, have a holding time greater than 5 seconds, a resolution of 100V steps, and a rise time of 0.8ns +/-25%. Both automatic and manual trigger options are required. The solicitation also includes provisions related to covered telecommunications equipment and services, and requires compliance with various FAR and DFARS clauses.
