Small Business Proposal Clinic

The City of Redmond is hosting a Small Business Proposal Clinic to assist small businesses in strengthening their proposal writing skills for future City contracts. This clinic offers personalized, one-on-one guidance from experienced consultants. Participants will learn how to clearly communicate their value and unique qualifications, showcase their strengths in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and develop compelling and competitive proposal strategies. Topics may include experience and qualifications, building a strong project team, resumes and company profiles, project approach, and fair opportunity and sustainability sections. Attendees are encouraged to bring prior RFP responses or writing samples for review. Please note that these sessions focus specifically on improving proposal writing skills and will not involve the review or evaluation of active solicitations.
