New York State Meat Items for Brentwood Residential Center

The New York Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) is seeking bids for New York State (NYS) meat items to be delivered to the Brentwood Residential Center. To comply with NYS Executive Order 32, responders must supply meat items that are 100% produced, grown, or harvested in New York State. For processed meat products, at least 51% of the raw materials by weight or volume must be from New York State, and the processing must have occurred in New York State. The solicitation requires quotes for specific meat items including ground beef, beef chunks for stew, boneless chicken breast, chicken wings, and chicken thighs. Responders must provide a quote for every item listed and ensure deliveries are made between Monday and Friday, 6 am to 3 pm, in a manner compliant with all applicable federal and NYS laws and regulations, including the use of refrigerated vehicles if necessary. This opportunity includes set-aside goals for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) at 6.00%, Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) at 15.00%, and Women Business Enterprise (WBE) at 15.00%.
