Medford School District 549C Oakdale and Wilson Trusses Design/Build Exemption

The Medford School District Board of Directors will hold a public hearing before the Local Contract Review Board regarding an exemption from competitive bidding requirements for the Oakdale and Wilson Trusses project. This exemption is requested under ORS 279C.335 (1) and (2), and OAR 137-049-0620 (1), which allow for exemptions from competitive bidding under specific conditions and findings approved by the Local Contract Review Board. The board will consider findings of fact to determine if the design/build contract for these trusses can be exempted from the standard competitive bidding process.
