City of Clark Haying Lease Auction

The City of Clark, South Dakota, will offer for lease, for haying purposes only, at public auction, for cash, approximately 47.6 acres of real estate. The lease term will commence on June 5, 2026, and end on October 1, 2026. The real estate is divided into two parcels: Parcel 1: East Pasture Addition in the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Six (6), Township One Hundred Sixteen (116) North, of Range Fifty-Seven (57), West of the 5th P.M., Clark County, South Dakota (containing approximately 27.6 acres). Parcel 2: Approximately 20 acres located in the East Half (E1/2) of Section Seventeen (17), Township One Hundred Sixteen (116) North, Range Fifty-Seven (57) West of the 5th P.M., Clark County, South Dakota. These acres border and surround the City retention ponds. The auction will be held in the City Council Chambers.
