Structural Engineering Services for Foundation Replacement

The Capitol Region Council of Governments (CRCOG) is soliciting qualifications from engineering firms specializing in the replacement of concrete foundations for privately owned residential properties. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) aims to establish a list of pre-qualified structural engineers to assist property owners in Central and Eastern Connecticut who require engineering services for crumbling concrete foundations. Firms that have previously been approved for the qualified contractors Crumbling Foundations list are not required to reapply. The services will be provided on an indefinite quantity basis to support potential users needing assistance with foundation replacements.
