Real Estate Broker Services for Property Sales

The Community College District of Jefferson County is seeking proposals from licensed real estate firms and brokers for the sale of real property owned by the College. The successful firm or broker will be contracted to provide real estate services for residential properties located at 9406 Hill. Proposals must be received by 10:00 a.m. CT on Thursday, June 25, 2026. Submissions can be delivered in person to the College Business Office, Administration Building, Suite 124, 1000 Viking Drive, Hillsboro, Missouri 63050, attention Mike Glisson, Director of Purchasing & Auxiliary Services. If mailing, ensure the envelope is sealed and clearly marked on the lower left-hand corner with "RFP #26013 Real Estate Broker Services". For emailed submissions, the subject line must be labeled "RFP #26013 Real Estate Broker Services".
