Description

The School District of Greenville County is soliciting bids for an Instructional Investment Tracking Platform. This platform will enable the district to track and manage spending across all instructional resource types, while simultaneously measuring the academic impact of these investments on student outcomes. The goal is to provide district leaders with a comprehensive, real-time view of resource allocation and its effect on learning gains. Key functionalities required include support for both digital and non-digital initiatives, cost input and management tools, and the ability to identify inefficient resource allocation. The platform must also provide advanced eROI analysis and reporting, subgroup and cohort performance insights, deep-dive academic reporting for core instruction, and comprehensive monitoring of digital tool usage. Seamless integration with the district's existing data infrastructure, including the Student Information System, is essential. The platform must also support compliance with FERPA, COPPA, and other relevant student data privacy regulations, with role-based user access controls.
