Appointed counsel will also provide telephone and email advice, review documents, assist in building in-house expertise through training, and provide assistance in specific case litigation, including appellate representation. Counsel will monitor current developments in the law and may be assigned special projects as authorized by the Office of General Counsel (OGC). Proposals must be submitted through Responsive by the deadline indicated in the SFP. The OAG reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Successful firms will demonstrate expertise in social media litigation, proficiency with public entities, competitive pricing, a strong track record, and a commitment to investing in service delivery and processes.
