The City of Atlanta, Department of Watershed Management, is initiating a multi-step procurement process, starting with prequalification, followed by an Invitation for Bid (IFB), for the supply of parts, equipment, repairs, and related support services for their Foxboro Distributed Control Systems (DCS) used in SCADA systems for water treatment and reclamation. The solicitation will be divided into two groups: Group I for Foxboro DCS parts and accessories, and Group II for miscellaneous services including repair support, startup testing, loop checks, operational verification, staff training, and documentation. Vendors are expected to demonstrate the ability to supply manufacturer-certified parts, meet warranty requirements, and provide timely access to critical components. Service capabilities should include troubleshooting, diagnostics, and field support by credentialed personnel. The selected vendor will be responsible for ensuring the reliable availability of critical DCS parts and responsive repair support to prevent operational downtime. They will also support compliance and asset management through testing, documentation, warranty support, and training for facility staff. Vendors with experience in SCADA/DCS environments, certified parts, and system checks are encouraged to participate. A Pre-Solicitation Conference will be announced to provide further details and address questions.
