Siemens MAGNETOM Vida/Vida Fit MRI System or Equivalent

This system will be used by the Radiology Department to detect irregularities and potential life-ending ailments in areas such as the central nervous system and the cardiac system. The solicitation is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and requires adherence to NAICS Code 334510 with a size standard of 1,250 employees. Offerors must demonstrate that their proposed equipment meets the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics specified in Attachment B. The technical specifications are listed for Brand Name or Equal per FAR 52.211-6. The evaluation criteria will prioritize the lowest-priced quotation that meets all salient characteristics and other requirements, is responsive, and responsible. Submissions must provide clear evidence that any equal-to items meet all salient characteristics. The VA will not accept remanufactured or gray market items.
