Developer Services for Fulton Industrial Circle Redevelopment

Fulton County, Georgia is soliciting proposals from qualified developers or development teams for the redevelopment of two county-owned sites, totaling approximately 8.1 acres, located at 301 and 305 Fulton Industrial Circle. The project involves conducting environmental reviews, refining development concepts and financial models, negotiating agreement terms, obtaining project entitlements, and securing project funding. The selected developer will partner with the County to achieve its objectives of stimulating new investment and services along the Fulton Industrial Boulevard corridor, enhancing the area's aesthetics, increasing land value, and creating new business and employment opportunities. The County is open to various deal structures, including ground leases or fee simple transactions with reversion rights, prioritizing redevelopment and site control.
