Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and Advocacy Services

The Department of Human Resources of Douglas County Government, acting through the Rocky Mountain Purchasing Group, is seeking proposals from qualified administrators for Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and Advocacy services. The services include live-in-the-moment counseling, up to three counseling sessions per issue per year, emotional and mental health support, legal and financial assistance, and resources for childcare and eldercare. Advocacy services encompass assistance with insurance questions, billing issues, finding in-network providers, transferring medical records, and making informed decisions about medical conditions. The initial agreement will be for one year, beginning January 1, 2027, with two one-year extension options. Approximately 1,626 employees are eligible.
