Physical Therapy Services for Poudre Fire Authority Staff

The Rocky Mountain Purchasing Group, on behalf of the Poudre Fire Authority (PFA), is requesting proposals for physical therapy services for PFA staff. These services will be provided on an as-needed basis, primarily at the Service Provider's clinic location. The scope of work includes physical therapy, range-of-motion testing, and injury prevention education. PFA anticipates approximately 80 appointment slots per month. The contract is expected to have a one-year base term with options for four additional one-year renewals. Service Providers must be licensed in Colorado, hold a Master or Doctorate of Physical Therapy, and have a minimum of 5 years of experience. Additional desired qualifications include experience with orthopedic populations and certifications in specialized therapies. Addendums have been issued to provide clarification on ROM testing templates and reporting requirements.
