Health and Life Insurance Services for Locally Employed Staff

This solicitation is for health and life insurance coverage for locally employed staff at the U.S. Embassy in Albania. The Embassy encourages offerors to provide off-the-shelf plans that meet or exceed the minimum benefit levels outlined in the solicitation. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price, potentially without discussions. The anticipated performance period includes a base year with four one-year option periods.
