Cooling Tower and Closed Loop Water System Treatment and Maintenance
Mesa Public Schools Purchasing Department
Mesa Public Schools is soliciting proposals for a contract to provide comprehensive treatment and maintenance services for their cooling towers and closed-loop water systems. The objective is to ensure optimal system operation and minimize downtime caused by scaling, algae growth, or related issues. The contract will cover eighty-five cooling towers at fifty-three sites, four closed loops at four additional sites, and one thermal storage system. Services required include chemical treatment to prevent algae and other biological growth, corrosion and scale inhibition, regular monitoring, testing, and reporting. The contractor must also be prepared to implement alternative treatment solutions if existing biocides become ineffective. The contract is an "all or nothing" award to a single vendor.
