Owner's Advisor Services for Dworshak Small Hydropower Plant

The Idaho Water Resource Board (IWRB) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified and experienced Respondents for Owner's Advisor Services for the Dworshak Small Hydropower Plant. The RFQ document can be obtained from the Idaho Department of Water Resources (IDWR) at 322 E Front Street, Suite 648, Boise, Idaho 83702, or by emailing idwr.purchasing@idwr.idaho.gov. A mandatory informational meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 14, at 2:00 p.m. MDT, at the IDWR main office, 322 E Front Street, 6th floor, Boise. A web conference option will be available for those unable to attend in person. SOQs must include all required forms specified in the RFQ and must be received by 4:00 PM MDT on June 25, 2026, at IDWR, 322 E Front Street, Suite 648, Boise, Idaho 83702. A public opening will be held at 4:05 PM MDT in IDWR Conference Room 602B.
