As-Needed Vehicle Repair, Maintenance, and Parts Services

The County of San Diego is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing as-needed vehicle repair, maintenance, and/or parts. Firms found to be qualified will be placed on a standing list through September 14, 2028, and will be eligible to participate in subsequent Requests for Bids, Proposals, or Quotes. This prequalification is not required for subcontractors. The scope of services includes a wide range of vehicle repair and maintenance categories, such as wheel alignment, suspension repair, HVAC, electrical systems, transmission service, welding, and more. The County also requires providers for vehicle and/or equipment parts. Qualified firms must demonstrate experience, technical competence, and acceptance of the County's terms and conditions, statement of work, and insurance requirements. All services and parts provided must meet or exceed original equipment manufacturer (OEM) warranty requirements.
