Vanpool Operations and Management Services

Pinal County is soliciting proposals for comprehensive vanpool operations and management services. This includes the management and operation of vanpools to serve the county's transportation needs. Interested vendors are invited to submit sealed proposals through the Pinal County web portal, Bonfire, located at https://pinalcountyaz.bonfirehub.com/opportunities. The deadline for submission is 2:00 P.M. Arizona Time on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. Proposals will be opened publicly at 2:05 P.M. Arizona Time on the same day. Late submissions will not be considered. The Pinal County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any part of any or all proposals as it deems to be in the best interest of the County.
