Alameda Zone 7 Flood Control Channels PL 84-99 Repairs, Phase 2 and Phase 3

This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is for the Alameda Zone 7 Flood Control Channels PL 84-99 Repair project, an operations and maintenance project to repair storm damage to flood control channels in Alameda County, California. The damage, caused by atmospheric rivers between December 2022 and March 2023, consists of erosion and bank failures. Phase 2 of the project, considered the base contract, involves 21 repair sites and is scheduled for work in 2026. Phase 3, the optional work, includes 20 repair sites and is scheduled for 2027. The project involves restoring earthen slopes, typically with heights ranging from 15-30 feet, to their original grade prior to the storm damage.
