The Little Rock School District is seeking proposals for occupational, physical, and speech therapy services for early childhood and K-12 students. The contract will be managed by the District's Special Program department. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the online portal at https://lrsd.ionwave.net, where all proposal documents can be accessed. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted in writing via the Ion Wave platform by May 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The District will not respond to questions submitted after this deadline. All questions and answers will be posted publicly. Proposals will be evaluated based on hourly rate, company profile, years in business, therapist qualifications and experience, and references. The contract will be awarded to the most responsible and responsive proposer offering the lowest price.
