The City of Plano is seeking bids for a project to implement streambank stabilization and erosion control improvements at two distinct locations within the city. The first site is along the northern streambank of Stream IC-1A, affecting properties at 6424, 6420, 6408, and 6404 Willow Creek Drive. The second site involves the southern streambank of Stream 219, impacting properties at 2908, 2909, and 2913 Ports O'Call Court, as well as 2913 Country Place Drive. The estimated project cost is $3,912,341.00. Several addenda have been issued, including changes to bid close and open dates, revisions to plan sheets and quantity tables, and updated general terms and conditions.
