Membrane Softening Improvements

The City of Oxford, Ohio is soliciting proposals for the Membrane Softening Improvements project. This project involves the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the improvements. Bids will be received until 10 A.M. local time on May 15, 2026, at the office of the Service Director, City of Oxford Municipal Building, 15 South College Avenue, Oxford, OH 45056. The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and award the contract to the bidder offering the lowest and best proposal. Proposals will be held for 110 days after the opening date. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for April 20, 2026, at 1 P.M. local time at the Oxford Courthouse, 118 West High Street, Oxford, OH 45056. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
