Industrial Facility Support Services for NSWC Indian Head

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) Contracting Office is seeking companies capable of providing comprehensive Industrial Facility Support Services (FSS) at their Indian Head, Maryland location. This scope of work includes the sustainment, restoration, and maintenance of energetic manufacturing facilities, encompassing facility planning, development, inspection, repair, restoration, and modernization efforts. The contractor will be expected to provide qualified personnel, including Mechanical and Electrical Industrial Facilities Engineers, Safety Compliance specialists, and various tradesmen such as electricians, HVAC technicians, plumbers, welders, carpenters, and network technicians. Additionally, services will include facilities operation and maintenance, ground maintenance, industrial maintenance mechanics, and general upkeep of buildings and infrastructure. The contractor will also support maintenance oversight, facility management, fleet and asset management, and data management, including technical data control, workflow tracking, and data management support. The majority of the work will be performed at NSWC IHD, with potential travel to other U.S. locations.
