Meat, Poultry, and Fish Supply for Torrance State Hospital

The Department of Human Services, Torrance State Hospital is seeking a contractor to provide MEAT/POULTRY/FISH for delivery between July and September 2026. The items will be delivered to consumers located at State Route 1014, Torrance, PA. Quantities are estimates and may change. Bidders must adhere to specified acceptable brands, package sizes, and codes as detailed in the attached PA Specifications. Deliveries must be made on specified dates between 8:00 AM and 11:45 AM, excluding state holidays, and must adhere to facility storage space allotments. Award will be made based on the lowest price per line item.
